RATES



Available:

  1. Bullet   Monthly at $2,500.00

  2. Bullet   A 20% discount applies to the above from April 15 to November 15

  3. Bullet   Cleaning fee is $100.00

  4. Bullet   Tax of 7.85% is required for rentals under one month

  5. Bullet   Holiday weeks are at additional cost. 

  6. Bullet   A refundable damage deposit of $750

Unless special arrangements have been made:

  1. Bullet   All weekly rates are from Saturday to Saturday

  2. Bullet   Monthly rates are for 30 days pending guest requirements.


All fees and deposits are due in advance.  A non-refundable reservation deposit of one half of the rental amount is required to hold a reservation.  The balance of the rental amount plus cleaning fee and tax is due one week prior to check in.


Check in is after 4:00 pm, and check out is by 11:00 am.  Special arrangements can be made for early or late check in or out if the unit is available.
